Frequently Asked Questions

Who is Diesel Connect for?
Diesel Connect is the commercial repair industry’s premier networking and knowledge-sharing event. The event is exclusively for shop owners, parts managers, and service managers or anyone that might benefit from being apart of sessions centered around improving shop operations and efficiencies.

These sessions will be helpful for all commercial repair, so no matter if you work in truck, heavy equipment, agricultural repair, or towing, you will find knowledge in the event that will help your shop grow.
What is the difference between a guest ticket and a spouse ticket?
A Guest Admission ticket provides access to all sessions and activities, as well as breakfast and lunch for two days. The Guest Admission ticket does not include a hotel room and can only be purchased with a regular ticket. This pass is a great option if you don’t mind bunking up with someone else!

A Spouse Admission doesn’t include access to any sessions or breakfast or lunch, but does include event activities. Get this pass if your spouse wants to take a trip to Phoenix and enjoy the evening programming, but isn’t interested in the actual conference sessions.
When should I book my travel & what nights are the hotel for?
Plan on arriving for the reception which will start at 5:00 PM on Wednesday, June 7th and then you can plan your departure after the session that ends at 12:30 PM on Friday, June 9th. Please note that the hotel nights are for Wednesday, June 7, and Thursday, June 8.

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us at marketing@fullbay.com
Can I change an attendee’s information later?
Yes! Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. In this email you’ll have a link to a page that lets you manage your order; you can also change the attendee information on that page. This is great if your event plans change at the last minute, or if you want to register ahead of time but aren’t sure who will be attending.
I’m local to Phoenix and don’t need a hotel, do I still need to stay in one?
Nope! If you live in Phoenix and want to attend, but don’t need a hotel room, just email us at marketing@fullbay.com. We’ll help you out!
Where is the event being held?
Diesel Connect is being held at Galvanize in Phoenix (515 E. Grant St, Phoenix, AZ, 85004). The sessions will be in private classrooms within Galvanize, which is located in the same building as Fullbay’s headquarters.
How far is the event from the airport?
Diesel Connect is roughly 4.5 miles or 15 minutes by car from Sky Harbor International Airport.
I’d like to extend my stay. How can I do that?
Simply reach out to marketing@fullbay.com if you would like to extend your stay beyond the dates of the conference. Additional nights before or after the event are not included.
Is there a dress code for the event?
Nope! Wear whatever you like—if you’d like to be casual, go casual. If you’d like to go black tie, we won’t stop you. While the building will be comfortably air conditioned, keep in mind that the weather will likely be on the warmer side.
Is transportation provided (within the event and to/from the airport)?
Transportation to and from the airport is not included. Shuttle service to and from the hotel to the venue, as well as evening events, will be provided during specific times. If you choose to stay at a different hotel, or need transportation outside of shuttle hours, it will not be included.
Where can I park if I'm driving?
The parking lot immediately west of Galvanize (415 E. Grant St., Phoenix, AZ, 85004) will be available for event parking.
What is the expected weather?
Average June temperatures typically include highs in the low 100s and lows in the high 60s.
What does my registration include?
A full registration (Super Early Bird, Early Bird, or General Admission) includes access to all Diesel Connect sessions, breakfast and lunch both days, and event activities in the evenings. In addition, a ticket includes one room at a hotel for two nights.

A Guest Admission includes access to all Diesel Connect sessions, breakfast and lunch both days, and event activities in the evening. Attendees who purchase this ticket type will not have a hotel room; to stay in the hotel, they must team up with an attendee holding a full registration.

A Spouse Admission includes access to event activities in the evening. This ticket type does not include access to event sessions or breakfast and lunch.
Can I get a refund or substitute my ticket?
Can't make it to Diesel Connect after all? You can get a full refund until December 31st, 2022. From January 1st, 2023, to March 31st, 2023, refunds incur a 25% fee. From April 1st, 2023, to April 30th, 2023, refunds incur a 50% fee. After May 1st, tickets are nonrefundable. Eventbrite fees are nonrefundable for all full or partial refunds.

Substitutions are permitted until May 31, 2023.

Contact marketing@fullbay.com if you have any questions or to request a refund or a substitution.
I have a special hotel request, what should I do?
If you have a special hotel request, such as a room type or accessibility needs, please reach out to the Fullbay team to request your confirmation number. You can then contact the hotel directly to request any particular needs you require.

Contact us at marketing@fullbay.com for your confirmation number.
